L’olivo, Il Gelso, Il Roseto, Il Tiglio. Casa Ezelina is located in Ginestreto, a small village 14 km from Pesaro.
This ancient 18th century farmhouse has four renovated vacation apartments. All of the apartments of Casa Ezelina are furnished with vintage family heritage furniture, antique style beams, terracotta flooring and fireplaces.
Il Gelso is located on the first floor of the Casa Ezelina. The apartment is composed of living room with kitchen and single sofa bed, a master bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. The guests of this apartment can make use of a wide terrace (20 sq. m.) with a view of the sea, furnished with patio umbrella, table and chairs. Apartment with TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Il Gelso is located on the first floor of the Casa Ezelina. The apartment is composed of living room with kitchen and single sofa bed, a master bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. The guests of this apartment can make use of a wide terrace (20 sq. m.) with a view of the sea, furnished with patio umbrella, table and chairs. Apartment with TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
L’Olivo is the first floor apartment of the Casa Ezelina. Inside you will find a living room with kitchen and a queen sofa bed, a master bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The guests have available to them also the large yard and the pool which are shared with the other apartments. Apartment with TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Il Tiglio is located on the ground floor of the Casa Ezelina. The apartment is composed of kitchen with washer, a master bedroom and a bathroom with shower, inside the living room with fireplace, there are a queen sofa bed and a single sofa bed for a child up to 1.30 m. tall. The guests of this apartment have available to them also a small private yard (24 sq. m), furnished with patio umbrella, table and chairs. Apartment with TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Il Tiglio is located on the ground floor of the Casa Ezelina. The apartment is composed of kitchen with washer, a master bedroom and a bathroom with shower, inside the living room with fireplace, there are a queen sofa bed and a single sofa bed for a child up to 1.30 m. tall. The guests of this apartment have available to them also a small private yard (24 sq. m), furnished with patio umbrella, table and chairs. Apartment with TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Il Roseto is located on the ground floor of the Casa Ezelina. The apartment has an independent entrance and is composed of living room with kitchen and washer, queen sofa bed and fireplace, a master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The guests that stay in this apartment will have available to them a 40 sq. m. private yard furnished with patio umbrella and yard furniture. Apartment with TV and free Wi-Fi.
In the price of the apartments the following is included: water, gas, electricity; air conditioning (except the Roseto apartment); heating; bed and kitchen linen, towels; weekly cleaning and cleaning at the end of stay; kitchenette cleaning is the client’s responsibility; use of pool, garden, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, chairs, outdoor tables; the pool towel is included in the price only for weekly stays; the use of washer for Gelso and Olivo apartments; Wi-fi.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
The pool towel has a cost of 3€ for stays less than a week. On request and upon booking, possibility to eat breakfast by the pool area (patio or veranda) at the price of EURO 6.00. Breakfast includes: fruit juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, milk, toasts, butter, homemade jams, honey, a different cake every morning.
